Heated and ambient gantries for the pass

A gantry sits over the pass and holds plated food at temperature while it waits to be collected. Heated gantries use overhead elements or heated lamps. Ambient gantries are unheated and are used for cold service, plate storage and as a mounting point for pass lighting.

CK Direct manufactures both in 304 stainless steel, single tier or double tier, wall mounted or free standing over a hot cupboard. Sizes are made to suit the servery rather than the other way round.

What to tell us when you enquire

• The length of the pass and the depth you have to play with.
• Whether the gantry sits on a hot cupboard, on a workbench, or on legs.
• Heated or ambient, and whether you want gantry lighting built in.
• Single or double tier, and whether it is served from one side or both.
