We hope you have plenty of bookings for this Christmas and New Year season and finish the year on a high note.
We’re sure that you have decorated your establishment for the festivities and are allowing a little longer at each customer’s table to make them feel welcome and wish them a very Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.

Along with Crackers on each place setting, why not put a special discount voucher, in with the bill, for their next meal they take with you.
Plan any cleaning or upgrades.
Once the festive season really gets underway, we appreciate that you will have little time to plan anything for next year. There is a brief window of opportunity, of about 5 weeks, between the New Year festivities and St Valentine’s Day, to book in any repairs and even replacements.
There are 8 weeks between the Valentines weekend and Easter week, so if you need work doing on the extraction system, or you need any stainless-steel items made and installed this would be a good time to target.

We’re sure that you already know what will need doing, so why not organise it now and then be clear to concentrate all your attention on the day-to-day running throughout the Christmas/New Year season and into the early part of 2025.
