The beginning of another year
Hopefully the Christmas festivities filled your establishment with happy and free-spending clientele.
Now that it’s all over there is only a little time to take stock and see what needs to be upgraded, repaired or replaced before the next date-based celebrations take place this month and into February: –
- January 25 Burns Night falls on a Saturday this year so should be big.
- January 29 The Chinese New Year of the Snake begins.
- February 14 St Valentine’s Day is on a Friday
So, during the quieter weeks before it all kicks off again you could take a little time to see what, if anything, needs to be done.
We, that is CK Direct, based in Peterborough, have been supporting restaurants, care homes, and hotels since 2002 so if there is anything to be done you could call us on 01733 230378 and talk to one of our extraction experts who will be able to help you.
We cover the whole of England, Scotland and Wales and have built a strong reputation for providing equipment and services at reasonable costs across the intervening 23 years.
If you are looking for any of the following, just give us a call on 01733 230378
- Extraction systems, including recirculation units for premises that can’t exhaust externally.
- Odour reduction and noise reduction
- Ductwork
- Fabrications – stainless steel
Extraction Systems
Our range includes extract only hoods, extract & air input hoods, island canopy sections, service distribution units, air input systems and a bespoke, build your own service that tailors for your every need.
Odour reduction and noise control
The CK Direct AirtekG64 is a highly efficient ozone generator unit, ideal for use in commercial kitchens.
It is installed between the extraction point and the exhaust fan, on the outside of the ductwork, which makes servicing and maintenance much easier.
By oxidising pathogens in the exhaust pipes, the unit removes smells and also prevents the build-up of grease residue in the ductwork, so preventing failures in fans and reducing fire hazards.
Ductwork
In order to provide a comprehensive service, we supply, install and maintain and clean ductwork for all extraction systems which exhaust externally.
Stainless-steel Fabrications
We can design, manufacture and install the stainless- steel items that you need. For example wall-cladding, benches, shelving, gantries, and cupboards.
In conclusion,
You can rest easy and take stock.
After a busy, and successful Festive season, January is an ideal month for tacking stock and organising your replacements and upgrades schedule, and it’s good to know that CK Direct has your back.
Happy New Year!
